AI Partner

The in-house AI lead you haven't hired yet. Monthly rhythm, quarterly checkpoints, always-on channel. Rolling, no annual lock-in. You can pause with thirty days notice.

Who this is for

Three teams who book Partner.

Partner isn't a first engagement. It's how teams keep the lift after a workshop, or how teams with internal AI usage already get a steady practitioner in their corner.

  • 01

If you need sustained progress, not another event

You've done a workshop or two. The team learned a lot, shipped a couple of workflows, and the lift faded six weeks later. Partner is what keeps the rhythm going so the habits compound instead of decay.

  • 02

If your AI usage is growing and shifting

You're already using AI in real workflows. New tools land every month, your team's needs shift quarterly, and you want someone in your corner who tracks the field so you don't have to. Partner is that someone.

  • 03

If you want in-house AI muscle without hiring it

A senior AI lead costs $250k loaded and takes six months to hire. Partner gives you the same practitioner judgment at a fraction of the cost, until your team is ready to bring it in-house or your needs settle into something a partner handles alone.

The monthly rhythm

A real month, beat by beat. Not five floating commitments.

Below is how a typical Partner month actually runs. It's a relationship, not a service queue, so the shape repeats but never identically. Quarter close sits on top.

  1. Week 01First Tuesday

    Live session, 90 minutes.

The anchor beat. We pick up where last month ended, you bring the new questions, we work through them with the team on screen. One automation gets scoped here for delivery by Week 4.

    Anchor
  2. Week 02Mid-month

    First automation ships.

We build the automation scoped in Week 1 against your stack, run it on real data, and hand off documentation. Slack stays open throughout. Async pairing on demand if the team gets stuck.

    Build
  3. Week 03Three weeks in

    Model-update briefing.

A short async note (Loom + writeup) on what shipped in the AI field this month and what it changes for you specifically. Not a newsletter. Tuned to your stack and your team's roles.

    Field
  4. Week 04Month close

    Second automation + adoption check-in.

The second automation lands. A 20-minute adoption check-in: what got used, what stalled, what's queued for next month. Sets the anchor for Week 1 of the following month.

    Close + check-in

What scales

$6k a month is the base. Here's what flexing up actually costs.

We don't re-paper the contract every time scope changes. Below is the rate card for the most common reasons partners scale up. Transparent on purpose: you should know exactly what an extra beat costs before you ask.

  • Base tier$6k / month

Monthly live session, Slack always-on, two automations a month, model-update briefing, monthly check-in, quarterly review.

  • Extra automation+$1,500 each

Need three or four automations in a month instead of two? We add them at a flat rate. No engagement re-paper, no waiting for next quarter.

  • On-demand pairing+$2k / month

Two hours per week of practitioner time on a shared Slack huddle queue. For teams who need help while they're building, not just during scheduled sessions.

  • Extra session per month+$1,800 / session

A second 90-minute live session in a single month. For roll-outs, leadership briefings, or moments where the team needs more contact time than the rhythm allows.

  • Multi-team coverage+$3k / additional team

Same base partnership, extended to a second function (e.g. Ops and Sales both covered). Shared Slack channel, separate monthly sessions per team.

Most partners stay at base. The rate card exists so you know what your options cost before you need them, not as a sales path.

Tools we adapt to

Four tools we train on. Plus whatever you add over the year.

Partner moves with the team. New tool lands in your stack mid-year? We integrate it into the rhythm. Existing tool gets sunset? We help you migrate. We train on all four below.

  • Long-context reasoning and projects. Most partner automations live here for the document-heavy work.

  • Broadest integration ecosystem. Partner automations land here for CRM, webhooks, and quick prototypes.

  • Native to Excel, Outlook, Teams. We instrument workflows here for teams already deep in the Microsoft stack.

  • Native to Workspace. Partner builds live here for teams that run on Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

New tools we don't yet partner with show up in your stack? We pilot them with you, build the first integration, and bring them into the monthly rhythm if they earn their place.

Pricing detail

Rolling monthly. Pause anytime. No annual contract.

Partner is priced monthly because the relationship is monthly. You're not buying a year of consulting upfront. You're buying this month, and choosing to renew at the end of it.

From$6k/ month, billed monthly

Scaling above the base happens through the rate card on this page, not through contract renegotiation. Pause with thirty days notice. Restart when you're ready.

What's included at base

  • One 90-minute live session per month, practitioner-led.
  • Always-on Slack channel with two-business-day reply SLA.
  • Two custom automations shipped to your stack per month.
  • Model-update briefing mid-month, tuned to your team's tools and roles.
  • Adoption check-in at the end of every month, with rolling 90-day metrics.
  • Quarterly review: refresh, ROI, tooling audit, scope conversation.
  • Same practitioner month over month, not a rotating roster.

Pause and exit

  • Month to month. No annual lock-in. No early-termination fee.
  • Pause anytime with 30 days notice. Restart anytime, no penalty.
  • Off-board cleanly. Everything we built stays in your accounts and stack.
  • No "wind-down" consulting fees. The last billed month is the last billed month.
First conversation is a 30-minute call. No fit, no follow-up.

Before you commit

Five questions teams ask before signing on monthly.

Rolling and pauseable doesn't mean trivial. Here's the real shape of it.

  • 01

What happens at month 13? Does this ever end?

Most partnerships end when one of three things happens: the team's needs settle and base is more than they need (we step down or off), the team brings AI fluency in-house and doesn't need us (we cheer and exit cleanly), or the relationship runs its course (we have an honest conversation and end it). We're not designed for a lifetime contract.

  • 02

Can we pause for the summer or a quiet quarter?

Yes. With thirty days notice, you can pause for any reason and restart when you're ready. Most partners use this for end-of-year, summer slowdowns, or after a big launch. Your prompts, automations, and dashboards all stay where they are. We pick up the rhythm when you do.

  • 03

Why not just buy more AIramps when we need them?

If your team's AI needs are bursty (one team this quarter, a different team next quarter), AIramps are usually the better shape. Partner is for teams whose AI usage is steady and growing. The model-update briefings and the always-on Slack are most of the value, and neither shows up in an AIramp.

  • 04

What's the exit look like? What do we keep?

Everything we built is in your accounts, your stack, your data. We don't host anything. On exit, we do one final handoff session (30 minutes, included) covering open automations, in-flight prompts, and what to watch for in the next quarter. After that, you're independent. No retention play.

  • 05

Who's our point of contact? The same person every month?

Yes. A single practitioner runs your partnership end to end. Same person on Slack, same person at the live session, same person at the quarterly review. If that person needs to step away (vacation, illness, departure), we name a back-up at scoping and you meet them before they cover. No anonymous "your account team."

A question we haven't answered? Bring it to the call.

If Partner isn't the right shape

Three other ways in. One differentiator each.

Partner is the most relational tier we offer. If you want event-shaped work or a deeper one-time skill build, here's where to look first.

Or if you want skill transformation across the whole team first, AI Immersion is the five-week program that usually precedes Partner.

Curious if it fits?

We start partners monthly.

Tell us about your team and what kind of rhythm you actually need. Thirty-minute conversation, no slides, no quote at the end unless we both want one. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and recommend who is.

  • Rolling onboarding, no fixed start date
  • Pause anytime, 30 days notice
  • Practitioner on the line, not a sales rep
