Cloud & DevOps

Cloud platforms that stay up, ship fast, and don't surprise you on the bill.

We design and build the cloud foundation, pipelines, and guardrails your product runs on. You own all of it from day one.

Who this is for

Three teams who call us first.

Small enough that there is no platform team, far enough along that the platform matters.

  • 01

    If you're launching a product

Startups and small teams who need a real cloud foundation before the first customer, not after.

  • 02

    If nobody owns the platform

Your developers ship features and no one owns infrastructure, access, or deploys. It works until the day it does not.

  • 03

If an outage already burned you

Something went down, recovery was improvised, and nobody on the team wants a repeat of that week.

What we build

The platform, and the guardrails around it.

Six pieces. Scoped to what you are actually launching, not a reference architecture copied off a vendor blog.

  • 01

    Cloud foundations

Projects, IAM, and networking on GCP, Azure, or AWS. Set up once, properly, so access and billing stay sane as you grow.

  • 02

    Infrastructure as code

Everything defined in Terraform. No console clicking, no undocumented drift, no single person who knows how it was built.

  • 03

    CI/CD pipelines

GitHub Actions from commit to production, with the checks that stop a bad deploy before your customers find it.

  • 04

    Multi-region and disaster recovery

Active-passive or active-active, designed around what your business can afford to lose. We run a real failover before launch, not a diagram of one.

  • 05

    Infrastructure security

Least-privilege access, managed secrets, and automated scanning for dependencies, leaked secrets, and container images.

  • 06

    Observability

Monitoring, logging, alerting, and cost budgets, so you find out from a dashboard instead of from a customer.

Optional add-on

AI pull request review

AI review on every pull request in GitHub, catching likely bugs and security issues before a human reviewer approves.

How it works

Scope it before you spend on it.

The assessment is a fixed fee and a deliverable in its own right. If you take the plan and build it yourself, that is a fine outcome.

  1. Assessment and architecture

    From $3,500, fixed fee

We look at what you have, what you are building, and what it has to survive. You get an architecture and a build plan you could hand to anyone.

  2. Build

    Hourly, in prepaid blocks

We build in your repositories and your cloud accounts, with you reviewing as we go. Nothing lands as a surprise at the end.

  3. Ongoing support

    Optional monthly retainer

Business hours help with the platform after launch, if you want it. Plenty of teams take the build and run it themselves.

What you own

All of it, from day one.

No shared accounts, no wrapper tooling you have to keep paying us for.

  • Terraform, pipelines, and documentation live in your GitHub from the first commit.
  • Every cloud and tool account is in your name and billed to you.
  • Nothing runs on a RipplLabs account. Nothing is hostage to a renewal.

If you stop working with us, you lose a consultant, not your platform.

Before you book

What we don't do.

Easier to say now than to discover in week three.

  • Support

    Business hours, not 24/7

We do not carry a pager. If you need someone awake at 3am, you need an on-call rotation, and that is a different kind of hire.

  • Scope

    Your code stays yours

We build the platform and the guardrails. Your developers own the application code that runs on it.

  • Security

Money and keys need an auditor

If your app handles funds or private keys, get an independent security audit before launch. We will say so again during the build.

Track record

Where this comes from.

We are not guessing at this. Each line says where it comes from.

A previous role
Cut dev-to-production time in half
A previous role
Raised deployment success rate by 30%
A previous role
Reduced cloud costs by more than $150K per month
Ongoing
Built and own an internal AI platform at a large enterprise

The next step

Tell us what you are launching.

Thirty minutes, no deck. We will tell you what we would build and what we would not.

  • Architecture before any build hours
  • Your accounts, your repositories, your bill
  • Practitioner on the line, not a sales rep
